  This Sonic keeps reestablishing how low the bar can go for a fast food establishment. Their customer service is nonexistent at times and annoyingly tolerable at best. The last straw... read more for me was when I was in line at their drive thru which always seems super busy. The car in front of me had to wait a long time for the employee to even speak for the 1st time. He then ordered and drove forward. I waited to give my order for what seemed like 10 mins, a line of cars behind me, and now no cars in front of me. No one said anything through the speakers. I got fed up after a while longer and drove off. This location doesn't need a management overhaul, it needs to be shut down. This extremely low customer service has been going on for years. STAY AWAY! THIS LOCATION IS NOT WORTH IT!

  SO SLOW. i ordered 2 large ice waters and waited 30 minutes. maybe if they were busy i would understand but there was 3 other people there.

  Worst sonic I've ever been to. Lazy and don't even communicate with you. Literally awful go anywhere else it isn't worth your time or energy

  Overpriced, mediocre food. Garbage service. Ridiculously long wait. Mixups and forgotten items galore. You're better off eating your dollar bills than spending them here.

I live nearby so I've... read more come here a few dozen times over the years and I think I'm finally done. It's always the same problems: rude employees, messed up orders, forgotten condiments that they charged you EXTRA for, and an unreasonably long wait, even longer if you park (literally an hour long wait after paying once)... The parking section should be completely separate from the drive thru entrance but it's not, so people in the drive thru line block other cars from being able to get out.

I try to be understanding, and a hiccup or two once in a while would be fine, but it's almost every time I come. Stay away.

  If zero stars was an option, they would get it. I've been a good service employee so I try to be understanding, but this was simply ridiculous. This location has... read more sucked every time. Last time, they gave me nerds instead of boba in my drink. This time, it took them about ten minutes to answer the order button and then we didn't get our three small beverages for 50 minutes so we pressed the button again and they didn't answer. So we went up and they didn't say sorry or anything, just that they lost our order. Then 10 minutes later the girl brought two of our drinks that were completely melted by the way. Then she grabbed our third that was also completely melted, which was also the wrong drink. She didn't say sorry or anything and she was like mad at ME and being rude to me about it.

We ordered a cherry limeade,... read more a shake, and some fries. Service was friendly and quick. Fries were hot. Shake was great. Only problem was that the cherry limeade didn't taste quite right. Otherwise everything was great!

  I got to sonic every now and then for either a blast or a slushie and typically it's ok service. Today I went and got two blasts (milkshake), one Oreo... read more cookie dough and one butterfinger. First off they didn't put any cookie dough in the Oreo cookie dough, and that's fine, I'm used to fast food places making mistakes like that. Secondly, for both shakes, they were just vanilla blasts with only a little bit of the Oreo or butterfinger out on top. This is extremely disappointing. I'm not expecting phenomenal customer service but please at least make the shakes as they are described. I didn't drive 20+ minutes and spend money to get a cup with soft serve ice cream... three the blasts away right after I got home.

  I came here to eat and when my cousin tried to take my order, one lady kept saying she couldn't hear her and then it was silent and another girl... read more came on that we didn't know and she said she couldn't hear as well so my cousin yelled the order and the girl said SON'T YELL AT ME IM A DIFFERENT GIRL, OF YOUR GONNA YELL YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They need to train these employees to have better manners. I get that you might have worked all day but that doesn't give you the right to be talking to people who help keep your business going. If you can't have a good attitude then maybe this work place isn't for you. Another note they need to fix the mic or whatever so they are able to hear because I'm sure everyone has had a rude employee say THEY CANT HEAR THEM

  I made my order and it didn't come up on the screen or allow me to pay, and I waited 10+ minutes. I hit the red button again to ask... read more what was up and they sent someone out to double check what I ordered. Once I got my food, they didn't even give me the sauces that it was supposed to come with, so I went back to get my sauces. No response to the red button the first time, and then when they did answer and I asked for my sauces, they forgot about me again and I waited another 10+ minutes. When I asked for a manager to refund me, she only offered me a free drink, and then said that I'd have to give the food back in order to get a refund. I've never had service like this from a sonic. At least the food tastes good I guess
